Eli Ochshorn, DPT PhD, has served southeast Michigan for 10+ years as an outpatient physical therapist, most recently with Athletico Ann Arbor for the last four years. Prior, he completed a PhD in physics and held a tenure-track physics position for several years before switching careers.

Karen Springsteen, PhD, is the clinic’s co-founder and manager, handling front desk administration and community outreach. Prior, she served as a college faculty member in the University of Michigan College of Engineering.

Eli and Karen have been married for nineteen years and have two boys who attend Ann Arbor Public Schools.
