Welcome to Flex PT. We offer flexible physical therapy services to meet a wide range of patient needs. Our practice is unique in that patients receive at least 45 minutes of undivided attention from a PT per visit (no aides or assistants). We also offer to patients the ability to use a need-based sliding scale for cash payment, or to use their medical insurance benefits.

Our clinic is ideal for complex, geriatric, or neuro-rehab patients who may have had poor experiences elsewhere dealing with multi-tasking therapists, PT assistants, or aides. The clinic is also accessible to patients facing financial hardship. Our model is highly tailored, with the ultimate goal of making patients as independent as possible — this means patient education and self-management are prioritized more than is typical in other clinics. Manual therapy and modalities are performed, though only as needed.

In addition to general orthopedic and neuro-rehab, we have a special interest in treating chronic and neuroplastic pain syndromes. We use an integrated, evidence-based approach that includes physical, social, and lifestyle factors. It is highly patient-tailored and often successful for patients who have failed in traditional PT settings.
